Quinzell Pannell Jr., a 23-year-old man from Clarksville, Tennessee, tragically died on March 15, 2019, in Nashville, TN. He was fatally shot while driving a Range Rover through Midtown Nashville. The vehicle crashed into a utility pole at the intersection of 17th Avenue North and Hayes Street around 11 p.m. Witnesses reported hearing a loud 'pop' before the crash.
