On a tragic Friday night in Nashville, Tennessee, the life of 23-year-old Quinzell Pannell Jr. was cut short. On March 15, 2019, Pannell was behind the wheel of a Range Rover, driving through Midtown when a sudden gunshot changed everything. The vehicle, now without a driver in control, crashed into a utility pole at the intersection of 17th Avenue North and Hayes Street around 11 p.m. When authorities arrived at the scene, they found Pannell, a resident of Clarksville, deceased.
