Louis Edward Greer Jr., a thirty-nine-year-old male, lost his life to violence on the night of August 15, 2017, in Kansas City, Missouri. Officers from the Kansas City Police Department were dispatched to the area near East 45th Street and Norton Avenue around 10:10 p.m. following reports of a shooting.
