Barbara Jane Penrod, a 66-year-old female, was fatally shot in her Clarksville, Tennessee, home on July 14, 2019. The incident, which unfolded on a Sunday morning, led to a homicide investigation by the Clarksville Police Department at a residence on Garth Drive. When officers arrived at the scene around 11:30 a.m., they discovered Penrod inside the home with gunshot wounds.
