In the winter of 2021, a heart-wrenching incident unfolded in Clarksville, Tennessee, culminating in the death of Tabitha Mary Collard, a 26-year-old woman. On the evening of December 20th, law enforcement officers were dispatched to a residence on Ringgold Road to conduct a welfare check. Upon entering the home, they discovered a grim scene.
