In the late hours of a spring evening in Clarksville, Tennessee, the life of 21-year-old Julian Torres was tragically cut short. On May 19, 2018, police officers on patrol heard the sound of gunshots near Bob's Discount Tobacco on Providence Boulevard. Behind the store, they discovered Torres suffering from a gunshot wound. He was rushed to the hospital but succumbed to his injuries the following day.
