Angela Holmes, a 21-year-old white female from Clarksville, Tennessee, was tragically murdered on April 23, 1997. Born Angela M. Grecu in Kokomo, Indiana, she was the daughter of Mike and Kimberly Barber Grecu. At the time of her death, she was married to Tobaris Holmes and was the mother of a young child. Angela had relocated to Clarksville, where she was working at a Baskin-Robbins ice cream shop.
