On a tragic night in Nashville, Tennessee, the life of 29-year-old Quantez Coleman was cut short by gunfire. The incident, which also claimed the life of 18-year-old Tyler Holt, unfolded in the early morning hours of November 21, 2020, at the Club Wyndham condominium complex located on McGavock Pike.
Responding to reports of shots fired, Metro Nashville Police officers arrived at the scene to a grim discovery.
Inside one of the condos, they found Holt, who had sustained fatal gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene. A short time later, the investigation expanded when Coleman was located deceased at the intersection of McGavock Pike and Lumar Lane, also a victim of the shooting.
In the immediate aftermath, detectives with the Metro Nashville Police Department's Homicide Unit worked to piece together the events that led to the deaths of the two men.
