On May 11, 2022, 20-year-old Nicholas Spivey was fatally shot in the parking lot of Valley Ridge Apartments on Harding Pike in Nashville, TN. Spivey, a resident of the apartment complex, was meeting with two other men when an argument broke out, leading to him being shot multiple times. He was transported to Vanderbilt University Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.
