On March 31, 2024, 33-year-old Allen Beachem was fatally shot during an Easter Sunday brunch at Roasted, a restaurant in Nashville's Salemtown neighborhood. The incident began when Beachem and another patron, 46-year-old Anton Rucker, engaged in a sudden altercation.
