In the early hours of February 4, 2020, the life of 31-year-old Julian Williams, a Black male from Nashville, Tennessee, was tragically cut short. His body was discovered by a citizen around 8:30 a.m. in the backyard of a vacant home in the 1800 block of Heiman Street, just off Dr. D.B. Todd Jr. Boulevard.
