Julian Williams, a 31-year-old man from Nashville, Tennessee, was tragically shot and killed on February 4, 2020. His body was discovered behind a vacant home in the 1800 block of Heiman Street, just off Dr. D.B. Todd Jr. Boulevard, around 8:30 a.m. Investigators believe that Williams was likely shot on nearby Scovel Street and fled to the backyard where he was found.
