Jamaya Auguster, a 23-year-old woman from Memphis, TN, tragically lost her life on February 1, 2021. Auguster was sitting in a vehicle with two other women in the 3900 block of Watson Street when a silver Dodge Nitro pulled up. As she walked towards the vehicle, shots were fired, striking her in the chest. She was rushed to the hospital but succumbed to her injuries.
