Shelby Nicole Campbell, a 26-year-old African American woman from Memphis, Tennessee, tragically passed away on February 13, 2021. She was a mother to two daughters, Addison Elise Miller and Oluremi Jahni Miller, and was survived by her parents, Sherell Ray Armstrong and James Ivory Campbell, as well as her three sisters.
