Xavier Rouse, a 33-year-old African American man from Cleveland, Tennessee, tragically died on March 7, 2021. He was shot at TBOW's Tavern on Spring Place Road SE in Cleveland during an altercation. Witnesses reported that Charles Garrett, a man who had come into the bar and started causing problems, got into a fight with a bar employee, Jordan Myers. During the fight, Xavier Rouse, who was a bar patron, was shot. He was taken to Tennova Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
