Ramon Ernesto Davila Tercero, a 37-year-old immigrant from Honduras, was tragically shot and killed on April 27, 2020, in Cleveland, Tennessee. Tercero, who was employed in the construction and landscaping business, was found unresponsive with a gunshot wound at the scene. Despite the efforts of paramedics, he could not be saved.
