Kevin Hathaway, a 63-year-old man from Johnson City, TN, was tragically shot and killed in his home on Bowman Road in the Milligan area on April 10, 2021. Hathaway, who was set to move into his new home built by Holston Habitat for Humanity, was found dead by investigators who arrived at the scene around 11:30 AM on April 11, 2021. The shooting is believed to have occurred sometime after 8:30 PM the previous evening.
