On April 14, 2021, Babacai Diatta, a 15-year-old male of African American ethnicity, was tragically killed in a shooting incident in Memphis, Tennessee. Diatta was found dead alongside Donterrius Johnson, a 31-year-old rapper known as Mendenhall 2xs, at the Valero gas station on Knight Arnold and Mendenhall. The two victims were shot by multiple suspects who arrived at the scene and opened fire.
