On a Monday afternoon in Knoxville, Tennessee, the life of Muhammad Shabazz 'Bazzy' Allen, a 41-year-old male, was tragically cut short. On May 17, 2021, at approximately 1:15 p.m., officers from the Knoxville Police Department responded to a report of shots fired in the area of 2710 Louise Avenue. Upon their arrival, they discovered Mr. Allen inside his vehicle, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
