Muhammad Shabazz "Bazzy" Allen, a 41-year-old African American man from Knoxville, TN, was tragically shot and killed on May 17, 2021. He was found in a car outside an East Knoxville residence with a gunshot wound and was pronounced dead at the scene. Despite the presence of potential witnesses, no one has come forward with information, and the case remains unsolved.
