In early February 2021, the life of Victor Danny Letner, a 33-year-old man from Rockwood, Tennessee, was tragically cut short in a remote area of East Knox County. Letner, described by those who knew him as a big-hearted and caring individual who had previously worked as a nursing home caregiver, was last seen on February 7, 2021.
