In the spring of 2022, a violent altercation in North Knoxville led to the tragic death of 46-year-old Kenneth 'Lee' Burgett. A White male from Knoxville, Tennessee, Burgett was fatally shot on the evening of April 29th in the parking lot of Hatmaker's Bar and Grill. The incident was the unfortunate culmination of a dispute between two rival motorcycle clubs, the Outlaws, of which Burgett was a member, and the Pagans.
