Justin Taylor, a 15-year-old African American male from Knoxville, Tennessee, tragically lost his life on January 27, 2021. Justin was fatally shot by a friend while sitting in the backseat of a car on Shelbourne Road in Northeast Knoxville. The driver of the car continued driving for approximately 15 minutes before stopping at Western Heights Baptist Center, where Justin's body was found still in the car.
