Donald Bradford "Donnie" Busby, a 48-year-old man from Knoxville, Tennessee, was tragically killed on July 1, 2021. He was found in his crashed car in East Knoxville with a gunshot wound and was later pronounced dead at UT Medical Center. Busby was a husband, father of four, and a U.S. Army veteran who was well-known and loved in his community.
