Jerome Diaz, age 23, was fatally shot on March 20, 2018, in Knoxville, Tennessee. Officers responded to a shooting at 4308 Middlebrook Pike, where they discovered Diaz with multiple gunshot wounds. He was transported to the University of Tennessee Medical Center but succumbed to his injuries shortly thereafter.
