In the early morning hours of December 19, 2024, the life of 38-year-old Ernest James Glenn, II, a male from Knoxville, Tennessee, was tragically cut short. Knoxville Police Department officers, initially responding to a call about a shooting victim at the North Hills Apartments, stumbled upon a car that had crashed into a fence in the 2900 block of Washington Pike.
