In the early morning hours of a Sunday in Knoxville, Tennessee, a dispute that began inside the El Pulpo Loco nightclub on Alcoa Highway tragically escalated, spilling into the parking lot and ending in gunfire. When Knoxville Police Department officers responded to the scene at approximately 2:30 a.m. on October 16, 2022, they discovered two men who had been shot.
