In the early hours of a Sunday morning in Knoxville, Tennessee, the life of 48-year-old Robert Andrade was tragically cut short. On August 9, 2020, Andrade, a Hispanic male, became one of two victims in a fatal shooting that unfolded inside a building on the 600 block of Ben Hur Avenue, near Selma Avenue.
