Jerome Phillip "Jroc" Locke, a 27-year-old resident of Knoxville, Tennessee, was shot and killed on June 20, 2017, in what appeared to be a premeditated attack. Jerome was lured into meeting the perpetrator under the guise of a drug transaction. The incident occurred on Baker Avenue, where Jerome was shot multiple times in the head.
