In the winter of 2022, a young man's life was tragically cut short in Knoxville, Tennessee, during an act of senseless violence that shook the community. Tristan Montgomery Smith, a 23-year-old male, was fatally shot on December 22, 2022, at the Rural King store in Halls Crossroads where he was an employee.
