Donald William Wiley Jr., a 30-year-old male, was fatally shot on June 26, 2021. The incident, captured on surveillance video, showed a white Mercedes blocking Wiley's vehicle.

The woman accused of this act was Dominique Harris, who was 32 years old at the time. Following the shooting, Harris did not flee the scene. When law enforcement arrived, she identified herself to the officers and informed them that the victim, Donald Wiley Jr., was the father of her child.
