In the autumn of 2016, the life of Robert Seymour, a 47-year-old man from Memphis, Tennessee, was tragically cut short in an act of violence. On the evening of October 11th, a dispute escalated into a fatal shooting on Baltimore Street, leaving Seymour dead and another man wounded.
