Cecil Scoffield, a 72-year-old man from Chattanooga, TN, tragically passed away on June 12, 2022. He was inside his home at 2709 Citico Avenue when he was struck by gunfire that erupted outside. The incident occurred as he was playing cards on his computer in his apartment.
