Courtlandt S. Gross, a 77-year-old aerospace pioneer and former president of Lockheed Aircraft Corporation, was tragically murdered on July 16, 1982, in Villanova, Pennsylvania. Alongside him, his 72-year-old wife, Alexandra, and their 69-year-old housekeeper, Catherine VanderVeur, were also found dead in their home.
