In the late afternoon of a Friday in Chester, Pennsylvania, the life of 22-year-old Donte Carlton Murray was tragically cut short. On February 3, 2017, police responded to reports of a shooting on the 900 block of Pennell Street. There, they found Murray lying in the road. He was rushed to a nearby medical center, but his injuries proved fatal, and he was pronounced dead.
