Victor Santos Acosta Delgado, a 36-year-old man of Hispanic ethnicity, tragically lost his life on May 7, 2021, in York, Pennsylvania. He was one of three men who were shot during an early morning incident on Parkway Boulevard and North George Street. Victor was pronounced dead at WellSpan York Hospital at 12:49 a.m., while the other two men, aged 39 and 24, survived their injuries.
