On February 24, 2024, 35-year-old Jared Lee Harpster of York, Pennsylvania, tragically lost his life following a violent altercation. The incident occurred around 11:20 a.m. on the 600 block of West College Avenue in York City. Harpster had gone to the residence to assist his niece, who was reportedly involved in a verbal dispute with her boyfriend, 17-year-old Andy Rico Ramos-Alicea Jr.
