Solomon 'B.Proper' Moore, a 31-year-old male of African American ethnicity from York, PA, tragically lost his life on October 25, 2019. Solomon was fatally shot during a shootout involving his cousin, Devon Moore, and another man, Marvin Butler, on West King Street in York. Solomon suffered multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene.
