Phillip Gresville, a 72-year-old man from York, PA, was found dead in his apartment on August 25, 2017, from an apparent gunshot wound to the chest. The incident occurred in the 1200 block of West King Street, and police were called to the scene around 3 p.m. Neighbors reported hearing arguing and what sounded like a gunshot just minutes before police arrived.
