Angel Luis Perez II, a 30-year-old Hispanic male from York, PA, tragically lost his life on February 14, 2021. The incident occurred in the early hours of Valentine's Day outside Kingston Jerk, a Jamaican restaurant on West Market Street in West York. Perez was attending a birthday party when he was shot multiple times by Ronald Boyd Jr., 29, of York.
