Collin McGlen "CJ" Smith Jr., a 22-year-old male of African American ethnicity from York, Pennsylvania, tragically died on April 14, 2017. He was fatally shot multiple times in the 200 block of West Maple Street in York. The incident occurred around 1:30 p.m., and Smith was pronounced dead at the scene.
