On a spring afternoon in York, Pennsylvania, the life of 22-year-old Collin McGlenn Smith, known to his friends and family as 'CJ,' was tragically cut short. On April 14, 2017, Smith was found on West Maple Street, the victim of multiple gunshot wounds. The York County Coroner's Office later ruled his death a homicide.
