In the early hours of February 26, 2020, the life of 27-year-old Willie Hicks was tragically cut short in York, Pennsylvania. Hicks was discovered deceased in the 400 block of West Market Street, the victim of a fatal shooting. The incident that led to his death is believed to have begun inside a local barber shop and hair salon, where authorities suspect Hicks was shot before he fell through a window and onto the sidewalk outside.
