Jordan Breeland Sr., a 21-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically lost his life on October 15, 2013, in York, Pennsylvania. Breeland was fatally shot in the chest during a gang-related drive-by shooting. He was a member of the Parkway gang, and the incident was part of an ongoing conflict between the Parkway and Southside gangs in York City.
