Dequan Williams, a 28-year-old African American man from York, PA, tragically died on October 17, 2015. Dequan, affectionately known as "Dink," "Buff," and "Dinger," was born on September 1, 1987, and was well-loved by his family and friends. He enjoyed making people laugh, playing basketball, rollerblading, and was an avid Eagles fan. Dequan was also passionate about singing and dancing, and he loved spending time with his family.
