Black/African American male Dominick Skinner, 31, was shot on the morning of October 1, 2025, after a fight at a home along the 600 block of East Princess Street in York. Police were called shortly after 8 a.m., and Dominick Skinner, 31, was taken to WellSpan York Hospital, where he died later that morning. The York County Coroner ruled the death a homicide following an autopsy.
