On January 6, 2017, the body of Juan Acevedo DeJesus, a 23-year-old Hispanic male from Philadelphia, was discovered in a field near Hokes Mill Road and Old Salem Road in West Manchester Township, York County, Pennsylvania. Authorities responded to reports of a fire in the area just before 5 a.m. and found DeJesus's body engulfed in flames.
