In the quiet, early morning hours of March 5, 2020, a family tragedy unfolded in York, Pennsylvania, resulting in the death of 41-year-old Shannon L. Williams. The night took a fatal turn when Williams attempted to enter his sister's home on the 300 block of Oak Lane around 1:30 a.m. In a fateful misunderstanding, Williams broke a window to gain access to the house.
