In the early evening of a Wednesday in late September 2018, the life of 15-year-old Dezmen Jones, a male resident of York, Pennsylvania, was tragically cut short. Jones was a freshman at William Penn Senior High School and was known for his love of riding bikes. He was an active member of the 'Pedal 4 Peace' group, an organization that brings together people from different backgrounds through a shared passion for cycling.
