Davonne Swan, a 27-year-old man from Manchester, PA, was fatally shot on June 16, 2016, in York, PA. The incident occurred around 6:30 p.m. in the city's south end, specifically in the 400 block of South Court Avenue. Officers arrived at the scene to find Swan on the ground with multiple gunshot wounds to his torso. He was declared dead at the scene.
