Da'Keem Dennison, a 19-year-old male of African American ethnicity from York, PA, was tragically shot and killed on December 19, 2015, during a home invasion. Dennison, affectionately known as "Keemie," was inside a home on Pennsylvania Avenue when the incident occurred. He was a standout athlete at William Penn Senior High School, where he played both football and basketball. At the time of his death, he was also a father to a 2-month-old daughter.
