Steven Scott, an 18-year-old male from York, Pennsylvania, tragically lost his life on November 16, 2018. He was shot multiple times in the early hours of the morning in the 300 block of East Poplar Street. Scott was pronounced dead at the scene, and an autopsy was scheduled to determine the exact cause of death.
