In the late hours of a Monday night in York, Pennsylvania, the life of 19-year-old Jose Angel Aponte was tragically cut short. On October 30, 2017, police were called to the 300 block of East Market Street around 11:40 p.m. for what was initially reported as a cardiac arrest.
