Luis Pily Inoa, a 27-year-old man from Shenandoah, Schuylkill County, tragically died on April 15, 2018, in York, Pennsylvania. He was shot and killed early Sunday morning at an intersection in York. The autopsy determined that his cause of death was a gunshot wound to the torso, and the manner of death was homicide.
